In the unfortunate event of a customer not being satisfied, she/he is at liberty to request for a refund from us. We extend our full cooperation to ensure that she/he leaves as a happy customer. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is explained below:

Any Website Design & Development project comprises of two components – Design and Development. Website Design involves laying out the initial & mockup webpage designs. Website Development includes using specific platforms to custom code the features that the website requires.

We will use our best resources to offer our clients quality services as promised

A client is entitled to get half (50%) refund of the upfront payment made in case she/he is not satisfied with the initial mockup design/sample.

A client can ask for full (100%) refund if we (Webnetassociate) were unable to start the project on time

A client can ask for full (100%) refund in case she/he wants to cancel the contract within 24 hours of having made the payment

All refunds will take a maximum of 7 working days to process and the amount will be refunded either by Account Credits or Direct Deposit to the bank account.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same bank account.

Taxes cannot be refunded by us as they are deposited directly at the end of each month. However, it might be possible to reclaim those directly from the government

If a customer wishes to request for cancellation and refund, she/he should send a mail to [email protected] or they can post a letter to our official address. Our finance and management team will swing into action immediately taking note of the request and analyze every aspect of the problem. Subsequently, we shall advise the client on the further process. If the issue/problem is found to be on our part, our accounts team will get back to you in less than seven working days.
